We believe in our products. We are confident that your adult toys will work because we've put in the time and effort testing each model rigorously before it's put into production. So with confidence, we offer you a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. You must register your product by filling out the form below within 2 weeks of receiving shipment to qualify for our warranty.

Additionally, please send an email to info@honeyplaybox.co.uk with your full name, order number, shipping address, and also a short video of the malfunction in order to qualify for a warranty replacement. Please note that the warranty does NOT cover water damage to items.
