Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped in a plain unmarked box or padded envelope. The shipping label itself will be sent from "UC Global Trade Inc."

Ships within 24 hours (exclude weekend & public holiday). Place your order by 3pm EST.

Free UK Shipping (3 - 5 days) on orders £59.  Receive £12 flat rate shipping on order less £59.

Standard shipping (3 - 5 days) to European countries will receive £15 flat rate shipping.

Shipping (3 - 10 days) to other countries will receive  £20 flat rate shipping.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Honey Play Box. If you aren't satisfied with your product, we want to make it right. Start by contacting us at info@honeyplaybox.co.uk.

For sanitary reasons, Honey Play Box only accepts returns of unopened, unused items. Once we receive your item, we will issue store credit in the amount of the purchase price minus the cost of return shipping. 

All discounted and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Shipping fee is non-refundable

If you are not satisfied with a product after trying it, we want to know why. Contact us to tell us what's wrong with your product, and we will issue partial store credit for the item you bought.
