Return Policy
Start by contacting us at info@honeyplaybox.co.uk. For sanitary reasons, Honey Play Box only accepts returns of unopened, unused items. Once we receive your item, we will issue store credit in the amount of the purchase price minus the cost of return shipping. All discounted and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
